Posture Flow to Sacred Music:

The is a one-hour posture flow done to music.  Participants must be familiar with the basic yoga postures to do the series.  Barb Linderman created the one-hour series in the mid-90’s.  It is based on the White Lotus yoga series developed by Tracey Rich and Ganga White (http://www.whitelotus.org/ ).  The first half hour consists of standing postures is done to Robert Gass’s “Alleluia.”  The second half hour is restorative poses done to music from Beth Nielsen Chapman’s “Hymns.”  (Janine Bennett is responsible for the music selection for the second half of the series.)
