Strength, Balance, Flow


This class will include gentle warm ups followed by flowing sun salutes and standing poses to help increase coordination, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Sequences will regularly be accompanied by rhythmic music to emphasize breath awareness and provide the opportunity for smoother transitions between poses. Postural holds, balances, and some challenging poses will regularly be taught to build strength. Each class will finish with time for inversions and restorative poses. This class is appropriate for students with a solid yoga foundation and are able to choose individual practice modifications as needed.
